Odyssey of the Mind World Finals

Maesyn's Odyssey if the Mind's team made it all the way to world finals!  This meant  soliciting our family for tax credit $ to pay for her part of the trip, - a plane trip, staying in the dorms in Michigan and having a fun long weekend!  We had to bring Ben along because he is still nursing but we did OK. We are very proud if Maesyn and she had a great time!

Epic Whiskey Row half marathon weekend!

I decided to run the whiskey row half with Julie again this year.  I ran a lot of the race with my friend Cory and pulled off a PR on a very hard course.  Rather than heading back home after the race we took a scenic trip and stopped in Jerome for a while and then our favorite area in Sedona called Crescent Moon Recreation Area... And then back to Flagstaff for the night.  It was super fun and we might run the race again next year!
