Maesyn and Heidi Triathlon

 Maesyn with her finishers medal.

Maesyn waiting for the swim portion.  She is so little but confident.

 She is a beautiful swimmer.

Transition to the bike...not many people have someone assisting them to tie their shoes.

Heidi Chasing Maesyn down for the bike. Portion, and then dropping off the timing chips.

Heidi won 2nd place over all women for the race...she was too concerned about a timing mess up on the kids race to pose for the photo.

Mikah in the treadmill

This funny girl wanted to run.  She said she will do it every Monday and wants to run until she gets all sweaty like me!

Garden

Our garden has been so much fun.  Here is our mid summer progress for 2014!

Maesyn is a triathlete!

Yesterday Maesyn competed in her first tri.  She moved beautifully through the water and was so smooth.  She ended up being he fastest swimmer in her age group an the second fastest girl swimmer.  He bike was 5th out of 6 and we are now in the market for a lighter faster road bike for her.  Her run was nice.  She was third in her age group and she ended up being 4th finisher in her age group!  So cool.
